What’s unique about our schedule is that our agents create that 40-hour work week. We enjoy earned flexibility to fit what works best for our families and the businesses that we partner with. Having a reliable mode of transportation is crucial as our mobile office is our car. We do have a conference room available to meet folks right here on State Street in Belle Fourche for our agents as needed.
Our agents are compensated in many ways, including commissions, residual income, bonuses, stock options, and trip incentives for world travel. Family Heritage offers the leading vesting program in the industry; within 5 years agents become fully vested. Renewal income starts building on day one of your career.
